The Roman Blinds Assembly Machine automatically calculates pleat numbers and spacing based on the blind height, while providing automatic height positioning and fabric folding to assist with rod threading. Its servo positioning system ensures high accuracy, with a rod threading error of less than 3 mm.
Featuring a precise mechanical folding mechanism, the machine simplifies rod insertion without damaging the fabric. Supported by specially developed software, it offers multiple pleat calculation algorithms, including odd or even pleat counts, equal pleat heights, and progressively increasing pleat heights.
Equipped with a backlit light box, the machine integrates Roman shade assembly and quality inspection into one workstation. It reduces repeated fabric handling, improves production efficiency, and helps ensure consistent product quality.
